Carol Ryan Livingood, an associate of the firm, focuses her practice on all aspects of estate planning and administration.
Ms. Livingood is a 1993 graduate of Brown University and received her law degree from Widener University School of Law in 1996. She was awarded an Estate Planning Certificate from Temple University School of Law in 1998.
Prior to joining Davis Bennett & Spiess, Ms. Livingood practiced in Delaware County and then served for seven years as a Deputy Attorney General in the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General’s Charitable Trusts and Organizations Section.
Carol is a member of the Pennsylvania and Delaware County Bar Associations and the Delaware County Estate Planning Council.
Carol is a lifelong resident of Wayne. She is a 1989 graduate of the Academy of Notre Dame in Villanova, Pennsylvania. Currently, she is a member of the Brown Alumni Schools Committee, St. Katharine of Siena Parish, Radnor Racquet Club and the Upper Main Line YMCA,
Carol and her husband, John, have been married since 2000. They reside in Wayne with their two daughters. Carol was born on April 18, 1971 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
